The storage capacity covered by the monthly fee is of 250MB per each new staff member except the first staff member registered for whom a 1GB capacity is covered.

How do i purchase?

The purchasing process goes as follows:

  1. Choose one of the subscription options, either the Free version or monthly Paid subscription, and click the corresponding button.
  2. Fill out the sign-up for and click Register now button — you will need a valid email address.
  3. Check the email address mentioned in the sign-up form — you will receive an email from Reliable Helpdesk with a link to complete the purchase. For the Paid subscription, you can choose for either one, three or six months subscription period. A yearly subscription period is also available.

Staff member*: A Staff member is a person in your company responsible for handling and solving support queries. There is no limit on the number of registered customers or the no of queries they submit.
